Bath Spa String Quartet
Founded by Michelle Falcon, the Bath Spa String Quartet was established in 1998. It is a highly experienced chamber group, comprising of professional players who provide music for weddings, birthdays, corporate events, military dinners and indeed any event that requires live music. The quartet has an extensive repertoire of classical music through to modern day hits. Special requests can be arranged for a small additional charge. The quartet is available for private hire. Recitals & Educational Outreach
Bath Spa String Quartet also gives public concerts, performing recitals for music clubs and festivals, as well as being heavily involved with educational outreach work. The quartet can offer bespoke projects for schools and venues based on a particular learning outcome or repertoire choice.

Bath Spa Baroque Quartet
Bath Spa Baroque Quartet compromises two violinists, a viola and cello, playing on period instruments at A=415 pitch. This vibrant ensemble plays with clarity and purity of tone, offering an exciting alternative to the traditional string quartet. We have an extensive repertoire by Baroque composers including Bach, Handel, Vivaldi and Corelli. The quartet is available to hire for orchestral concerts as well as for private functions.
